Vardaan Empire provides the following services:

• Property consultation and site visits
• Investment guidance for plots in and around Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Assistance in buying and selling of plots/land

We act as a facilitator/consultant between buyers and sellers. All final transactions are subject to applicable Indian laws and government regulations.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information

4. Property Listings

• All property listings on our website are for informational purposes only and subject to availability.
• Prices, dimensions, and other details are approximate and may change without prior notice.
• Vardaan Empire does not guarantee the legal status of any property. Buyers are advised to independently verify all documents before finalizing any transaction.
• Site visit arrangements are subject to prior appointment and availability.

5. Booking & Payment

• Any booking amount or token money paid to Vardaan Empire or associated developers is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
• All payments must be made through valid banking channels (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque/UPI). Cash transactions beyond the legal limit are not encouraged.
• A separate Sale Agreement / Allotment Letter will be issued upon confirmation of booking.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the website and services only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or financial capability
• Not use our platform for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity
• Provide valid contact details for communication

7. Limitation of Liability

Vardaan Empire shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the website
• Delays or cancellations due to reasons beyond our control (government orders, natural disasters, legal disputes, etc.)
• Third-party actions, including those of developers, sellers, or financial institutions
